Yee Sang

Yee Sang is a traditonal auspicious dish, symbolic for ushering in good fortune, good luck, good health, wealth and longevity for the Lunar New Year. Yee Sang is a salad of thin slices of raw fish, shredded vegetables, rice crispies, tossed with plum sauce & oil.  It is believed the higher you toss, the more prosperous & luckier you will be.. Take your pick from the many variations available...from the traditional salmon, abalone, snow pear to dragon fruit & more!
